TEDxKakumaCamp will take place at Kakuma Refugee Camp in northern Kenya on 9 June – for refugees and with refugees. Local and international speakers will share their ideas about innovation, education and transformation, offering an inspiring and thought provoking lens on the life of refugees and emphasizing extraordinary stories of resilience, contribution and creativity.

TEDxExeter curator Claire Kennedy will be travelling to Kakuma Camp to support refugee speakers as they prepare their talks, so we’re particularly excited to join the event online and bring this unique event to the heart of Exeter.
